Locate up to five different objects from your kitchen, ie tub, bowl, cup, beaker etc and see if you can estimate how much water they hold. Use a measuring jug to check your answers.

Read a non-fiction article of your choice. This could be a magazine, fact book, information book or a recipe book. Briefly write down what you have read, ie title of magazine or book

It is the season of Lent. Lent allows Christians to remember Jesus’s fasting in the desert. It is a time of giving things up and a test of self-discipline. What would you give up to make yourself a better person? Some Christians just give up something they really enjoy, such as cakes or chocolate. Others try harder in their behaviour

Play a game with an adult e.g. board games, crossword puzzles or play a game outside if you can. Keep a record of the games played and who you have played with.
